These Terms govern your use of the PinVD website and related software, access programs and communications operated by Shenzhen Qifen Qimiao Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.
1. Acceptance
By using the website or submitting a subscription request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Product availability
Features, supported platforms, formats, pricing, release stages and access methods may change. A subscription-interest request does not guarantee access, a fixed launch date or a future price. No payment is processed by the current interest-confirmation page.
3. Permitted use
You may use the service only for content you own, content for which you have permission, public-domain content, or content whose terms and applicable law allow downloading and processing.
4. Prohibited use
- Bypassing DRM, paywalls, authentication, private access or other technical controls.
- Downloading or distributing copyrighted material without authorization.
- Accessing private, paid, age-restricted or account-restricted content without permission.
- Using the service for malware, fraud, harassment, surveillance, scraping abuse or unlawful activity.
- Overloading, probing, reverse engineering or interfering with the website or its infrastructure, except where applicable law expressly permits.
5. Third-party platforms
7m7s is independent from the platforms referenced on the site. Platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and applicable law.
6. Accounts, plans and payments
Future paid plans may require an account and a separate checkout. Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before payment. An email or subscription-interest submission is not itself a completed purchase.
7. Intellectual property
The 7m7s name, site design, software, documentation and original content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You retain rights in content you lawfully process.
8. Disclaimer
The website and pre-release information are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every platform, permanent availability of a format or error-free results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, lost profits, third-party claims or misuse of downloaded material.
10. Suspension
We may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect users, rights holders, infrastructure or legal compliance.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
12. Governing terms
Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain unaffected. Other legal questions are governed by the laws applicable to the operating company, subject to mandatory local law.
